South Dakota Voices for Peace February Newsletter We're going through CHANGES! Positive changes, of course! Due to our team continuously growing (along with our work), we've moved things around a bit in the office. This meant that we all moved to new rooms, we got a new coat of paint on the walls, and we got cubicles! Doesn't it look great? We want to take the opportunity to thank the First Congregational Church community in Sioux Falls for providing us with an amazing home base, as well as picking up the cubicles and setting them up for us. Thank you also to Midco for donating the cubicles. Finally, we want to thank Danny and Gigi Tavarez, who painted the walls and made the space look brighter. We are beyond grateful to have such an amazing community of support behind us! SAVE THE DATE! Be sure to save the date of June 4th for our Portraits of Courage storytelling event! We have had some videos about some BIPOC community members in the works for a while now, and we are so excited to get to share them with you. Follow our social media and newsletter for more updates as the date gets closer. See you June 4th! Because of your support, we are able to grow and to continue our work. Thank you! Please click here to make a donation. As always, thank you so much for your continued support of South Dakota Voices for Peace! See you next month! Comments are closed.
